Organic standards are typically better than non organic standards.
However, Organic doesn’t mean humanely raise. How an animal is raised and treated effects the nutritional value and energetic vibrancy which means it effects the consumer physically or emotionally either positively or negatively.
If you are spending extra money and effort purchasing organic for your health and well being of animals, you may want to consider looking beyond organic.
